Hi! My name is Barbara Engelsmann, which tells only half of my story because in addition to my German ancestors I also have Indonesian ancestors. When I was eight years old I discovered horseback riding and then the whole world of sports, which has always been a big part of my life. I balance sports with fitness training, really enjoying competing in both activities, because in both there are great opportunities to develop self confidence and achieve emotional as well as physical well being.
