Not just another six pack

You've been training those abs, and all the rest of you until they are well nigh perfect. But what about what's upstairs? Relax, science had just come to the rescue with a series of studies (published in the prestigious journal Nature), that say training (in this case learning to juggle) can, in a relatively short time, actually enlarge certain areas in the cerebral cortex (yes, you have one), the sheet of nerve cells where the higher thought processes are believed to be managed. What will an enlarged cerebral cortex do for you? Make your brain better able to handle the roughly 100 trillion interconnections it has to make to keep you functioning. And it is all about connections, isn't it?
