The little guy had it right!

Dopey, Sneezy, Grumpy…. You're probably the type who remembers the names of all of Snow White's dwarfs, along with the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World (as for the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, you know the name of at least one of them). Now it seems that of all the little guys hanging around Miss White, the one who had it right was Sleepy. Not that he looked any better than the rest of the shorts, but in truth he really was, under the baggy leggings.

What Sleepy was really doing while in the sack was burning off fat. Yes, all alone and without even telling him, his inner self was melting the fat away. How so? According to researchers, sleep itself is the body's great restorer, and conversely, inadequate or poor quality sleep is a destroyer, interfering with the precise mechanisms that regulate metabolism and hence your own private fat burner. Researchers have also found that when you don't get enough sleep you tend to crave carbohydrates heavy in sugar and starch. Take a cue from Sleepy. Hit the sack. Forget Snow White.
